NPrinting: Unable to open after restore the backup from old domain server to new domain server.

Hi All,

We are moving server from old domain to new domain. I have restored the backup successfully on new domain server. after that i am trying login using NPrinting console but unable to login. Is there any way to add admin user to login on NPrinting console.?

Adding the screenshot for reference.

Note: The Username and domain are different on new domain server.

Thank you.

When you first installed NPrinting you should have NPrinting Security Credentials that you can insert to the email address and password fields.

If you have that documented somewhere, you should be able to log in to your NP server with that.
Then you can change each user account 'domain account' field after logging in.

Kind regards...

NPrinting security will remain the same after restoring to the new domain.

So if you have those NPrinting security credentials that I mentioned above  you should be able to log in.

Kind regards.
