NPrinting error:"You must enable at least one engine before generating the connection cache"

hi,

We recently installed a new instance of NPrinting server.

Version: Qlik NPrinting May 2022 SR4 Version: 22.15.14.0

I get the following error, when I try to create a new connection:

You must enable at least one engine before generating the connection cache

Has anyone come across this error ?

@Swarup_MOA did you also install the NP Engine component? Then after you install it you have to add to to the 'engine manager': https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Adding-a-Qlik-N...
