NPrinting report send out normally but have "Warn" message

We have upgraded from NPrinting 16 to NPrinting 17 2021 May SR4 last night, report can be sent out normally, but find there is a warning in log.  Any impact for this warning message?

Hi,

This is a Warning, not an error. It is a notification that something happened and after the task continued but it is good for you to read that notice.

In this specific case you are trying to send reports via email to a disabled user. In QlikView NPrinting and in Qlik NPrinting you can disable entities, so they stay in the project/repository but are ignored. Disable is useful to set entities to be ignored without deleting them because deletion is not reversible. There is not a waste bin in NPrinting old or new. The task executions page is informing you that the user with the showed id will not receive reports. Is you disabled it everything is ok, instead if you want to send report to that user you have to enable and run the task again.
