NPrinting v.Sep 2017: Unzip the attachment

Hi All,

Was trying to send E-mail with PDF attachment. However, the attachment is in .zip format, is there any way to send attachment with .pdf format? Even-though I export the report to newsstand, it is in .zip format instead of .qdf.

Thank You.

Best regards,

Yap

Hi,

Output from cycles is unzipped only when the destination is a folder.

For all other destinations output from cycles is zipped.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi,

It depends of the kind of template that you are using. For example if you attach an HTML template it will be zipped. If you attach a PixelPerfect template instead and you select PDF as output format it will be send as PDF.
