New single error in processing task

Hello,

Recently a new error occurs and I really don't know what to do with that. Could You suggest me, what to check to get rid of that?  I paste some logs to understand the nature or this incident :

This situation is reapiting in few places in my script. So I assume, that this is because of the first one error - OLE error.
Has anyone some idea what means - Error: OLE error 800A03EC ?

folders below needs to exist :
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop

Yes, I have checked this and the folders were at their places, present.
This task was running fine, until about week ago, I have not make any
changes on server so, that's way I'm wondering what does this error means.

Hi @renovero 

• Open the NSQ which contains the report experiencing the issue
• Open the report from the NP designer and check if the 'edit' button is greyed out.

If yes, then the report template is missing, moved or deleted or possibly inaccessible due to file/folder permission changes on the computer brought down perhaps by Active Directory group possible. Likely the template file was move inadvertently.

In my case, it ended incorrect in it's base, because my report in NPrinting is from Legacy Excel Reports, and the buttons "EDIT" and "NEW" are missing from reports from there.
But Your point gave me the new light on the case, I have checked templates in General Tab, and checked that it is all connected with QlikView Object which one was exported.
It was OK.

But - I have discovered what is going on. This situation was taking place when one particular user, has been taken to reduction and applied filters connected to his account. Next errors have been taking place when tried to send generated file to that particular user.

When I deleted that user from list, the errors have disappeared. This user was an admin account - to get emails to see if everything is good - with one filter to include all data from the rest of receivers. I have just add that email address to BCC, so the final is the same, but the errors are gone.

I wonder, why on that particular user, the error has occurred, but I'm glad I get rid of it.
