Qlik NPrinting

Hi,

There is some issue happen in the latest version of Nprinting. The exported report is not showing the right format of the charts.

Below is the exported pie chart.

Hi,

enable "Keep Source format" check box in your chart object. then it should shows qlikview/sense object format. tks

Some questions:

- what version of NPrinting are you using? September 2017?

- the pie chart is from a Sense or a QlikView connection?

- what kind of template are you using?

- do you imported the pie chart as an image?

- the format is not right because the pie is cut on the top? or what else?

is it in excel  or PPT? 

if excel you need arrange the formats of chart in excel properties only.

Thanks for the response.

we are using Nprinting for Qlikview. We are upgrade it few days before and identify this problem , its working fine on previous version(16).

Could you post a screenshot of the template with the pie chart properties?
