Nprinting issue with new Office upgrade

Hi,
we need to edit some Excel Templates with Nprinting Designer (June 2017) for our customer.
We have on our laptops Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus (16.0.10730.20264), but when reports have been created we had an older version. Now, with this upgrade, we aren't able to edit and/or create Excel templates (although, we are able to edit PowerPoint Templates!!). Anybody knows if there are incompatibilities between Nprinting June 2017 and this Office version?

Other information:
-this reports are connected with a Qlik Sense App (June 2017)

If your new office suite is a cloud based 365 office, then it won't work.

You must fully install MS Office locally to your computer to ensure it can be used to edit NPrinting MS Office related reports.

Hope this helps!

And if you have an Office 365 subscription but need to install locally (as is required for NPrinting) you may need to use the Office offline installer. See: https://support-cdn.qlik.com/articles/000052989

Both Nprinting Designer and MS Office are installed locally in my laptop, it isn't a cloud suite. When we created this templates in december, we had an older MS Office version and all worked fine. My fear is that MS Office upgrade doesn't match with Nprinting. Could it be?

I noticed that you mentioned "Nprinting Designer (June 2017)"

Please ensure that your NPrinting designer software is the same version as the NPrinting Server .

If you have Nprinting Designer (June 2017) and Sept 2018 NPrinting Server installed, then your NPrinting designer  software is out of date and must be updated to match the NPrinting Server.

You need to verify that your NP designer server are both the same version and that both should always be the same version.

If both in fact turn out to be the same version of NPrinting (server and designer), then I suggest:

1. Restarting your NPrinting Designer computer

2. If Designer and Server are the same version and you rebooted your computer and you are still having issues, I recommend starting a support request via the Qlik Support desk.

Hope this helps.
