Nprinting not reload well after migration to new serer and QlikNPrinting Messaging Service stop automatically

Hi, 

I working with Nptinting version May2021 with Qlik Sense, We copied the entire Nprinting server to another machine, copying as it is, the computer name and the IP remain the same.

Currently I can log in but the page seems to be stuck on loading... 

All services are working except QlikNPrinting Messaging Service that falls after a few seconds.

I followed this guide - But got errors

How do I continue from here?
Is it possible to make a migration \ copy using this method and success to run Nprinting?

Hi

1. You are on unsupported version of NPrinting

2. You probably could get working the way you tried it but I always follow the official migration path: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Backup-res... . It takes maybe few minutes longer but it always works so for me it is no-brainer!

3. If you wish to troubleshoot whatever errors you have you may go through Troubleshooting list from help site: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Troubleshooting... There is wholo very long section dedicated to troubleshooting on help site.

If I will do a migration by the official way I need follow follow this plan -  

1. Install Npriting May21 on new server (same version I work with)  
2. Do a migration between Prod and new server environments
3. Upgrade Npriting version on the new serve to February 24

I prefer to not upgrade first the Prod environment to February 24 and than do a migration because we work with Qlik sense May 21 and it's not supported by Nprnting Feb 24. I do all the updates (Sense and NP) on another environments in order not to disable the systems. 

The problem now is Nprintind May 21 download file is no longer available on the official download site.
Is there another way to get this installation file?
