Objects not appearing in Nprinting Email Trigger

Hi ,

 I have an app and Nprinting Weekly Email Trigger for that App. Till feb 2022 it worked good. recently i got an issue.

One particular stacked vizlib bar chart is showing blank in the Email trigger. but in the App, it was there, its loading fine.

but when email triggered , its showing empty ( blank space ). After muliple triggers from Nprinting , sometimes i am able to see the chart.  but today even after multiple triggers , i am still getting blank space in Nprinting Email trigger. but i verified that in App that chart is there.

Can someone Please let me know how to fix it

Hi, 

This is what you get when you use third party extensions - problems!

We cannot comment on this as you are using Vizlib - you may want to try their (Vizlib) support or convert chart to native Qlik Sense object which work without issues.
