Pixel perfect Special character issue in Nprinting

Hi All,

We are generating the PDF reports with the help of pixel perfect format.

In report,we are getting few characters(Small square boxes (􀀀)) those not available in actual raw data.according to my observation,if data has few blank spaces/apostrophes,PDF is taking them as below.so is there any way(any settings/work around)to remove these characters in the report?

Hi,

I would like to suggest you to upgrade to latest version and test with it to be sure it is not an issue already fixed.

Then, if you are using a custom font, be sure to install it also in all computers where you are running Qlik NPrinting Engines. 

Please post also some screenshots of the template.
