Qlik NPrinting Designer does not open Excel or Powerpoint
Hello,
my Qlik NPrinting Designer does not open correctly anymore if I try to open Powerpoint or Excel Report
First only the Excel window opens and after a few seconds, the error as shown in the screenshot appears.
After clicking OK, the Designer also opens, but the excel window stays seperated.
I already tried the resolutions from https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/NPrinting-Designer-preview-fails-or-other-template-editor-is... but they weren't helpful.
Also I installed office and NPrinting Designer again.
Do you have any idea on what else I can do?

Hi,
Refer to the official post https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/Qlik-NPrinting-Designer-can-t-find-a-suppor... about this issue. The developers team is working hard right now to solve but, at the moment, the workaround is to avoid to install Office 365 v2109 on the computers used to develop templates. Based on the information we have older versions work correctly.

Just adding additional info on powerpoint template -
Office 365 v2102 or may be higher versions throw error while closing the powerpoint template, it closes all the open powerpoint files as well. Here is the community link for the details on this error -

Hi,
Please make sure to share the exact version of Excel reported as different update channels in Microsoft Office 365 distribution cause different versions to be installed for various users. You can access it selecting File -> Account -> opening the "about excel" dialog.
