Qlik NPrinting apr 19 error when editing pixel perfect templates

Hi there, community,

I'm having trouble with editing several pixel perfect templates in Nprinting desginer in the server.

I've verified the connection and reloaded metadata successfully.

I have several Reports, and in everyone of them I have this issue, I can't modify anything:

I am able to create tasks and publish them to the NewsStand, but I keep having this error whenever I try to modify ANYTHING in pixel perfect editor.

Is anybody familiar with this issue?

Please Tell me I don't need to reinstall NPrinting again.

Hi,

I would make sure that you are using the same version of NPrinting Designer and Server. Those have to be identical so if anything i would suggest you check the version you use to edit template with the version of the NPrinting Server and Engine.

Reinstalling Designer is simple task, but still has to be done following rules which are described in https://help.qlik.com

It's the same version: April 2019 (19.9.5.0) . I don't think that's the issue, but thanks for your quick reply.

Make sure your NPrinting Desigen is installed with elevated rights. Installation should be done using "run as Administrator" priviledges.
