Qlik NPrinting error with custom template Qlik Sense

Hello,

I have a NPrinting report in PowerPoint format that has always worked correctly. However, we have changed the Qlik Sense template that came by default to a custom one and, once we try to generate the report, the following error message appears:

Does anyone know what this could be due to?

@sarahperez in the connection, be sure you have the box checked to use the custom theme

If so, it was always activated.

That is in a different language but based on its position I believe that is it...

Troubleshooting/resolving CEF rendering messages can be pretty difficult, you can start here:

If you create a new report from scratch do you get same message?

Hi,

Refresh the connection and be sure the process ends correctly. Apply the custom template as suggested by @David_Friend then be sure that the object mentioned in the error message still exists in the connected app. 

Check the content of the log file mentioned in the error; maybe it is more explicative. 

Try to create a new PowerPoint template with just the same Qlik Sense object from the same connection inside and check that it works.

If I create a new report from scratch, it only fail with CEF rendering message when I add bar chart or a KPI, If I introduce a text with a variable, it generates fine.

Likewise, the custom template was already applied.

Do you know why is this happening?

Yes the CEF rendering is only going to happen with 'images' such as bar charts and KPIs, its not with text, go through that KB, its what we used to try and troubleshoot these!
