Let us know the exact versions of QlikSense and NPrinting. Make sure you meet setup requirements from https://help.qlik.com. Also when describing something try give us a steps which would allow us to recreate issue - what you have presented us with is just a fact without much of the context which makes it impossible to answer your question.
