Sorting in NPrinting from QlikSense app

I'm looking for help with sorting within NPrinting.  I've linked to QlikSense app and have the fields and format that I need linked to NPrint. 

Columns are:   Customer,  Total,  Month 1, Month 2, Month 3, etc. 

I want to sort the order that customers are listed based on the values in the Total column (descending,  highest to lowest).  The table in QlikSense is already set up to sort that way, but they are still coming through alphabetically. 

Please help - what am I missing?

1. Make sure you edit properties of the object and esure that sort order changes are applied
2. Once you do this - make sure you save app and regenerate your metadata in Qlik NPrinting

Obviously those are the 2 basic steps you need to do. I am assuming you are exporting that exact table and you expect sort order as per in that table which will work if done properly. I take you are using standard Qlik Sense object (not extension of any sort!!!!).

Lastly - the most obvious but often missed - are you sure you are connecting to correct app and using therefore correct object (have you checked the ID of the object used to ensure thats the case)
