Unable to see option Import NPrinting 16 Projects while in nPrinting September 2019 option

Hi Team,

 

I am in between migration of Qlikview NPrinting September 2019 from 16 version. I am following the below URL for migration:

I am struggling with below issues:

1) While creating security role the option for 'Import Nprinting 16 projetcs'  is there anything tool or something i need to be installed could you please help.

2) After creating the security Role for Import 16 projects but still can't see option under Admin section.

Hi,

As the title of the linked video says, the Migration Tool is available starting from November 2019. You must upgrade yout September 2019 installation in order to be able to use it.

Before starting, please, read carefully the official documentation at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2019/Content/NPrinting/Migrate/Migrating.htm.
