Want to create daily report (using nprinting) which will give me report of all active users in qlik sense

We are using Qlik sense  (Qlik Sense November 2021 - 14.44.5) and NPrinting (May 2022 SR1, Version: 22.15.5.0).

We want to create daily report (using NPrinting )  which will be sent to the admin user.

The report should include all of the active users under "Analyzer access allocations"(from License Management in QMC).

Thanks Zehava

Hi,

So what is actually your question? We know that you want to create a report but we dont know what you are struggling with?

If you have no idea how to do this you may consider hiring Qlik consultant who will do everything for you otherwise specify more details regarding your struggles

obviously first you need to crete Qlik Sense app with this information and for that you can utilize License Monitor app which contains this info.

Hi,

I guess before asking those questions you should study https://help.qlik.com , go through sections about getting started, then supported and unsupported objects and then creating reports/developing.

There is no point stating obvious here that yes - you can use the app without knowing whether you want to build a table, chart or maybe simply count people with the license. If you see objects in the app which will suit your requirement then sure - you can use this app directly, but proper answer to that question can be given only after understanding full requirements (seeing full mockup of the report you are trying to build).

cheers

@zehava just like @Lech_Miszkiewicz has said already yes you can certainly build a report in NPrinting that uses the license monitor as its source, if you are getting stuck somewhere we can try and help out, or if you want someone to build this for you best source would be Qlik Professional Services, you can reach out to your Qlik Account Manager if so, thanks!

1 - You can use the "license monitor app", from the items in the application that meet your needs.
* If it doesn't exist, create the item with the information you need.

2 - Create a connection in nprinting to the "license monitor" application.

3 - Create the report from the object that has the information.

4 - Publish the task and create a schedule with the desired frequency.

Hope it helped.
