Webconsole Session always open License activation page

Hello Qlik Nprinting Support,

We install Nprinting in our Windows Server 2019 with Admin Privileges.  QlikView Server 12.50 is installed for a long time on the same server.

We use too the same SSL CA signed certificate for Qlikview Accespoint, Qlik Nprinting Webconsole and Qlik Nprinting NewStand.

Each time we log into the webconsole, browser display the license activation page with a red error 'Nprinting License Service is not responding. Please restart the service'  . In our server the Nprinting License Service is started without problem. 

Have we something to check into Nprinting configuration files or Windows Server configuration  to clear this error ?

PS :

The license key is active on Qlik Support Portal and the LEF section of the page display

DELAYED_SYNC;YES;2000-01-01;2000-03-31

PRODUCTLEVEL;60;;

SPECIAL_EDITION;OEM;;

The first thing that sticks out to me is that Nprinting and QlikView are installed on the same machine. Is this a production or QA environment. This configuration is not supported for a Production environment.

Hi Lucas,

For the moment this is a Qlikview Production Server and one Nprinting QA Server. 

Actually no bottlenecks as we can't deploy Nprinting.

Each time we use the change license option to reactivate our license key we have the message 'Successfully activation' and the red error message 'License Service does not responding ....'

We have this message with or without Firewall activation.

Each time we restart Nprinting License Service,  Nprinting.License.log receive a new error line :

To verify this we stop the service and we execute Qlik.NPrinting.License.exe using Windows Explorer.

First process execution we have the same error   and all other process executions run succesfully.

We execute too Qlik.NPrinting.License.exe  as admnistrator and all the process run succesfully.

Have you some ideas for us ?
