Where to add SSL Certificate

We have certificate errors appearing whenever we login to NPrinting Admin or NewsStand, our IT people have got a certificate but they don't know where to put it.  They have said that they thought it would go to the IIS site, but when they did this everything stopped working.

Can someone tell me where it goes?

For NPrinting it will depend the version you are running but the instruction are documented here:

Keep in mind that you need to have a private key along with the certificate otherwise it won't work.
