In an excel template I use some table cell values.
Is it possible to multiply these values in the same cell ?
For example :
from table cell : <='Estimated -'& (Monthname)>
what I want : <='Estimated -'& (Monthname)> *-1 or something like that
Hi,
You cannot insert a Qlik NPrinting cell tag into an Excel formula. You can only insert them alone in cells.
The solution is to insert all the cell tags you need in an hidden Excel worksheet and use related cells in your formulas.

Thank you for your answer.
Because the number of rows can differ, that is not an option.
Sorry, I have not understood. Why the number of rows can differ if you are using cells?
You drag and drop a tag on a cell and no more cells are added during report production.
Could you post some screenshots to explain the template and the goal?
Hi Johan,
Have you tried making a new field (variable *-1) in your source Qlikview or sense app with the calculation then pulling this through.
When the cell value is a dimension for example you get a row for every value
There are a lot of possibilities to reach my goal. However I want to use as much as possible from the original qlik app, without having to add extra fields,tables, or variables just for nprinting.
Ok. I supposed you was using the Cells node. Instead you have added the object into the Tables node.
Also in this case the Qlik NPrinting tags must be the only content of their cells. To use that values in Excel formulas you can use Levels o Excel Tables as you can see in Adding calculated columns ‒ Qlik NPrinting

Seems this helps a lot...but... it's is giving me a new challenge :
some of my columns are presented as shown in the start of this topic. (= 'Some text'&variable)
when I want to add a calculated column using next formula = [@[ 'Some text'&variable)]] it gives an error . Probably because I cannot add the punctuation mark/apostroph ?
I suppose Excel doesn't let you to insert invalid formulas https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Using-structured-references-with-Excel-tables-f5ed2452-2337...
