Hi,
I need to use nprinting-sense-on-demand extension for creating on-demand NPrinting reports from QlikSense. I have
imported the extension to QMC,
I was doing sense app development in a client machine via hub. But it was not working. Clicking the button didn't make any change in IE browser. When I clicked the icon on top, and clicked new report, the report name was listed followed by format. But after that, it was dead. It wasn't downloading anything. In chrome, nothing was happening whether it was button or icon.
I tried the same thing in sense hub, but this time in the server machine. I used IE browser and it was working perfectly. I was able to download the report.
Then I went back to my machine, checked the same, but chrome was like before. Nothing was showing up. In IE, the reports I already downloaded from the server was displayed. But, I was not able to download a new copy.
Do you have any idea what is going on? Please help me.
I forgot to mention that I have certificate security error for both NPrinting and Sense portals (In server also)

Also, when I am working in Qliksense hub from my machine (not server), I get a frequent error as below.
"An error occurred
Connection lost. Make sure that QlikSense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working."
I am not sure if this has anything to do with my issue.

I would to suggest you to start you searches from the official online help site. Qlik NPrinting logging is well documented there https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/AdministeringQVNprinting/Logging/Logging.....
There is also a page related to the publishing to Qlik Sense Hub. Be sure to met all the requirements listed there.
Certificates must work fine before using On-Demand.
The On-Demand is at the moment a third party exstension, so we don't support it. We support Qlik NPrinting APIs that let you to run tasks remotely.

I have set the URLs to http from https to get rid off the certificate error. But, it has no impact on the extension. Extension is not working when I access it from machines other than server.

Be aware that by using http instead of https means that communications are not encrypted. Please evaluate to buy and install an SSL certificate to use https and avoid certificate error https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Certificates.htm.
Third party extensions are supported only if they fill the requirements listed in the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/MultiDocument/UsingSenseThirdPartyExtensi....
About why they are not visible from another server you have to ask support to the company who created the extension.
