Thank you for the link and did followed the link but for some reason wasn't be able to create a ticket. I wonder if it's my email address or ? What do I need to provide to get the ticket creates..

As we checked over a call, the latency is happening due to slow read speed.
To troubleshoot more, we requested a log and even shared a file share link to upload logs, but we haven't received the logs yet to analyze from our end.
