CDC SQL SERVER IF I ADD NEW COLUMN TO TABLE THE TABLE GET SUSPENDED MODE

HI everybody

I use MS SQL SERVER in my Production environment 
I use CDC of MS SQL SERVER and qlik replicate 

So if I add new column to my table that have CDC, QLIK task is got suspend

I found that I need manually reload table 

Can I do reload automatically?

Hi,

Some of the limitations while using MS-CDC

• Table-level DDLs are not supported. When a table DDL is encountered, the DDL will be transferred to the target and the table will be suspended to allow the CT table to be manually aligned.

If I have scheduled task in sql server agent that just make that table quit from CDC and back to CDC. Will it solve problem of suspend table in QLIK replicate?

What does "allow the CT table to be manually aligned" it is something that we can do in Qlik ?
