Consult the upgrade path for Qlik Replica Nov 2021
Hi, I would like to know the upgrade path for Qlik Replica Nov 2021.
According to the below link, it state that the upgrade should be started from Qlik Replica Nov 2022 but I cannot find it from product download website. Can I start the upgrade from version May 2023 SR? or can I direct upgrade to latest release?
Another question, is any request to re-submit the license key after upgrade? please advise, thanks
We cannot skip any versions during the upgrade. Please follow the upgrade guide and back up the DATA folder at each upgrade step so that you can roll back if you encounter any issues.
Please open a support ticket. Our Support team can provide direct download links for any required older versions.
Regarding the license key, it is valid for these versions, so you do not need to submit it again.
