Help on connecting to Kinesis Stream

Hi, We are trying to connect to a Kinesis data stream but we are getting the following error. Could you please help us with any resolution.

• SYS-E-HTTPFAIL, Connection failed. Failed to describe stream 'qrdaa001vgi-retail-test-Ach-Outbound-FC-Stream'..
• SYS,GENERAL_EXCEPTION,Connection failed. Failed to describe stream 'qrdaa001vgi-retail-test-Ach-Outbound-FC-Stream'. Missing Authentication Token

Hi Dana, thank you for your response. This is specific to the kinesis target endpoint. Any other information will be helpful. These articles did not really answer our question.

Hello team,

SYS-E-HTTPFAIL, Connection failed. -- mentioned that Qlik replicate is not able to connect with the intended target. 

FC-Stream'. Missing Authentication Token -- this means you are not authorized for access due to password or token issue to you connect. Request you to check the connections outside of Qlik replicate.
