we are seeing latecny in logstream task not sure what is the root cause. our source is IBM DB2 i series, we observed that logstream task latecny is coming and logstream task is not capturing any changes and when we stop the task , task is taking about 30 minutes to stop the task and it is stopping by giving error "Task 'INFORXA_MTDDATAF_JRNLIB_LOGSTREAM' stop timeout occurred. The task will be terminated"
Again we resumed the task logstream task is receiving the incoming changes but after some hour may be 7-10 hours again logstream is not capturing any changes and latency is increasing by then.
can anyone help me find to out what will be possible reason.
is idle connection/session is timing out from the source side, or session is killing at source side?.

This feels like a very specific problem, possibly unique to the environment being used.
While I hope for you that someone recognizes something in your description, I do not expect it and urge you to (also) submit a support WITH ALL RELEVANT DETAILS - which are all missing in the topic on hand.
Replicate Version, Database Version, possibly the Logstream Task JSON, Possibly a sample REPTASK_xxx.LOG files (which will give version details).

Hi Hein,
we are seeing this issue after network bandwidth happened from 200 mbs to 500 mbs from database network to our network. we have asked network\firewall to check the issue.
