QEM: Audit trail "Requested Action" explanation

Hi Team,

I am trying to intepret what actions relate to values in "Requested Action" in the audit trail in QEM.

Is there a list somewhere?  Specifically I am looking for what "putdatabase" relates to.

 Complete documentation for all “Requested Action” values used in QEM is not currently available.
 

I am sharing excel file  that contains the most commonly used Requested Actions in the QEM audit trail.
 

The entry putdatabase refers to an update operation on a database endpoint — meaning it adds a new database to an endpoint’s settings or modifies an existing endpoint configuration.
