Discussion board for collaboration on Qlik Replicate.
Hello guys!
I'm having some trouble with replicate and haven't found anything about this in warning anywhere.
Replicate Log with Oracle as Source and Azure as Target:
While we are still making some adjustments and configurations in the Oracle DB to allow replicate, I'm also facing this Java Policy warning.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Thanks!
if you change the service to local system account and still have access denied issue, then best to open support case to that support team can further isolate the issue.
Are you using a non admin account to run the Replicate service? If so, please refer to this guidance in our documentation:
Running Replicate under a different account ‒ Qlik Replicate
Thanks,
Dana
Helo Dana!
Yes, we are running it as a non admin account, configured by our Client.
The steps were done using the guidance as a reference, any idea which part we missed?
I will ask them to re-check the steps done for configuring it anyway!
Also, this "warning" actually stops the replicate process or it should still run regardless?
Thanks again for the response
Cheers
Matte
Hello @guilherme-matte , copy @Dana_Baldwin ,
Besides Dana's comment, I think we may set IO & INFRASTRUCTURE to Verbose (see sample below) from Console GUI --> Server --> Server Logging Levels to see which file/components report such error.
Repeat the error and check the "repsrv.log" to get more detailed info.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
John.
this issue was reported , do to non-admin user running the service.
this is relate to log.key file that task encrypt the information.
This is being look at by R&D and recommend to run as local system account for now.
Thank you for the answers, guys.
I just put the login to Verbose, I'm facing some other errors, but at this point I'm not sure they are being caused by this access deny in the first part of the log or are separated issues:
The second part of the log is also being discussed in this topic: Replicate - OCI Error ORA-12560 - Oracle Source - Qlik Community - 2014100
We are already working on the ASM part, that should be the issue with ORA-12560
@Steve_Nguyen starting the task with the local service account would be the only way of solving the issue at the moment? Also, task still runs until other errors are encountered, this access issue does not stop the service at first?
Thanks!
Update:
We just solved the others issues, and the error still shows whenever I start the task, but it does not stop it from working, as least it seems!
Should i be concerned of anything?
