In general in some codepages environment the precision point is marked with comma instead of dot. I suspec that this is the reason to the differences that you see. Anyway, I suggest you open a SalesForce case and add to the case the task diagnostic package and the task logs so we can review your setting and if this is indeed the case and troubleshoot the problem.
