Where can I find my open case? It did not display my open case 00040048 for me to respond.

We're suppose hover over Support and click "Case Portal" not "View License and Archived Cases" in the drop down bubble. But my screen print have an Open case category that do not show my open case.
I can access my open case now.

I just checked and the case is already assigned to a TSE and is pending for your input. can you refresh or clear the cache?

Hi,
I logout of Qlik and refreshed my browser I can't find my open case. I re-booted my workstation to ensure cache is cleared and I can't find my open case any where.

Check view only my cases did not work.
I was clicking every button I can see, then I found a post "How to view cases in Support Portal".
