Reporting feature not downloading correct values

I have a Qlik SaaS app with a Pivot table that I connect to through the Reporting feature and for the first 2 months the data matched. In June my report suddenly does not show the same values as the app does. I have no filters in either the app or the reporting. Does anyone know why I am not getting the same values? I have tried recreating the reporting template but that does not work. The Pivot table has a mix of Master Measures and directly coded formulas. I am at a loss as to what is going on.
