Simple KPI

Hi,

This is probably pretty simple... I need to create KPIs from the attached data set.  I need a KPI for each row of data.

I want a KPI that has Direction as its title and the number 60 as the number.  Another KPI  that has Accountability as its title, and the number 56 as the number.

Please help.
