Access Denied

Hi all,

One of my user facing access denied in prod environment. she is getting access on and off.

On-sometimes she can able to access the application

Off-most of the times she have access denied.

Section access implemented with omit.

The same user its working fine in the DEV & QA environments all times(same files in all environment). coming to prod environment we have on and off access issue to one of my user.

She is the only user facing this issue others users are working fine  to them.

please help and suggest wht can be the issue to her. root causes and solution

we checked with qmc that she have the read access in prod and also she belongs to the AD groups and she is the owner too. we even checked the license , NT domains and her names all are good. please note that in QA and dev she can able to access but in the prod only she have this issue.

stream level access, app level access AD grps are fine and she is the owner too.

1) Check, If that person is part of any AD Group all certain areas?

2) May be bandwidth is very low, This will throw when we are trying to open huge size of app

checked all are perfect but getting access denied

Check in the Qlik Sense log files if you can see something. You might even be able to see something in the monitoring app.

I assume that the user is logged in with the correct account (I know from experience that some users have unknowingly been logged in with alternative accounts)
