Accumulation with Set Analysis

I have an equation: 

=RangeSum(Above(Sum{$<PRICE >{"0.00"},}>}(QTY),0,RowNo()))

with which I am trying to get the aggregating QTY of tickets where the price is greater than 0.00. I cannot get the editor to accept the structure of my equation. Looking for suggestions on how to correct.
