Aggr function not working in Qlik Sense 3.1

I created a report in Qlik Sense Desktop 3.0 and used the following calculation to create a 3mth rolling average.  I took it a step further to aggregate the calculation so I could chart it by Manufacturer over time.

• aggr(rangeavg(above(sum(fail_qty),0,3)),Mfr,CalYear)

The calculation works perfectly in this environment.

I created the same report in Qlik Sense Server 3.1 through Qlik Sense Hub and used the exact same calculation and the calculation does not work. Does anyone know why this may not be working?

Can you advise what kind of not working ?

It could be helpful if you could attach a sample qvf demonstrating the problem.
