App exported/imported without data - No access to dataload editor

Hello,

We recently updated our 2 servers (development and production) to QS June 2020 Patch 5. 

When we export an app from the dev server without data and then import it to the production server, the app is available in 'my work' section but the developper can't access the 'data load editor' .

The work around is to either export/import with data (in some case we have big datasets and then it takes way much more time) or to reload in the QMC but it creates a unecessary task in the task list.

Several users had this (including my self as root admin).  

Is this a new 'feature' or a bug ?

After some test, we figured out that the url is not changing if you qlik on "data load editor"

It works if you change manually the url.
