Bar chart with labels different from the value of the measure

Hi guys! 

How are you?

I hope you could help me. I have to do a bar chart with porcentages values, but I have to show the bar with the "100 - value" measure and with the "original value" in the label.

For example, if for a dimension the value of measure is 14%, the bar should  size 86 but with "14%" in the label.

Could you tell me how can I do please????

I have tryed =Dual(Value, 100-Value), but it doesn't work  

Any help, please??
