‌Hi All

I like to use free QS software cloud for sharing report with my staff .

I like to know which is the correct approach base on below 2 options.

Option 1 .

I create a common account and upload the QVF file to QS cloud and let all my staff the ID & PW to read the report.

Option 2.

I create a account and I upload the QVF file to QS cloud .

And all my staff they each create their own ID & PW.

And I set share the app with my staff.

Hope some one can share with me which option I should try ?

Hi! I would recommend that each user registers their own account. By doing so you will have more control. You can upload an app, publish it to a stream and share with your team by entering their e-mail addresses. As mentioned above, Qlik Sense Cloud allows you to share with up to five users for free.

Hi Paul,

How many users do you want to share your application with? Qlik Cloud free is limited to sharing with 5 other people.

5 persons I plan to share .

But my question is should I create a common ID & PW for all of them .

As they only need to read the report.

In case I have 5 diff App , and I like to share the individual App with individual person . Meaning one App share with one account , it is possible ?

Or I can only allow share with all 5 user .

As far as i know this is not possible with the free version. You can share the content of a stream and with the free cloud you only have one stream.

Hi Ivan

I have try to ask my staff create a account , and I use the account for both me and my Friend to share doc using Qlik Cloud and it work.

Only limitation is can only view he report.
