Create User by using login

Hi All,

How can i create user in QMC by just accessing to the hub or QMC.

I saw a video on Youtube that someone try to access to the QMC,

then his information which is his window account will exist on User in QMC.

After that, just allocate the license.

However, I cant do this on my server.

Is there any setting needed?

This works fine when I do it.

When you do it what happens?  I.e. what are your symptoms?

when i access to QMC, it asked me to enter the username and password.

It is the same even i use incognito mode of chrome browser.

Hi Louis,

Lets say you have a new user USER1 and you hit or try to open your HUB URL by the same user, then go to QMC , go to License and Tokens and select User Access Allocation and click on Allocate and you will find the same user name USER1. You just need to allocate 1 token to him or her.

Second way , Open your Active Directory, and new user and run the synchronize task in QMC which loads new data in to QMC . Then follow the same above step after opening User Access Allocation.

My difficulties are not able to create the user record in User.

I would like to use first time access to create user record

so that the username and password are the window account.

Enter the AD user & password and the AD account should be adding into QMC.

Hi Louis

Please add your new user to active directory , then you can see your new user is user list under QMC
