Delete the files already read and converted to qvd.

Hello,

I have a script that reads several files and consolidates the file into a QVD. Is it possible to clean the folder, ie delete the files already read by the script? Can you help me with some example and / or tip?

Thank you in advance.

Hello Edu,

You can write out the files to be deleted to another csv/text file.  And then call a .bat file to delete all the files listed in that file.

Hi,

Yes. you can delete. Create QVD's. and  If you want to same data, load QVD's and Store as a CSV file.

Thank you! @Somasundaram

But how do I automatically delete files that have already been read? Do you have any script examples?

You can achieve using batch file.
Once qlik loads completed, then delete all the files using batch file.
