Yes I did

1) disconect from the internet
2) run Qlik Sense Desktop
3) it wil tell you "The engine could not be unlocked. Please retry."
4) press retry once
5) connect to network
6) press retry again, iw you do not see Hub but error message press F5

Hello @beck_bakytbek

I can confirm that this has been identified as a bug with the Qlik Support team and they are working to solve it.

A possible temporary workaround is to open the software while the computer is disconnected from the network (so for example in the "airplane mode" on laptops). It has worked for some, but not all.

Best regards

Hi Lmcsedyz

did you solve your issue?

It looks that we are experiencing an issue with Authentication and Qlik Support is working on it.

A quick workaround (until this is fixed) is to set yourself offline (no Internet connection), close Desktop and try to open it again. Desktop opens correctly then and you can enable Internet access again and work with Desktop as expected.
