Get previous month or qtr value based on respective month or qtr selection

I need your help in identifying solution on how to get previous month or qtr value based on respective month or qtr selection.

The data set is as below:

The dashboard is built with below filter option:

In order to calculate Face to Face interaction value, I used below set analysis 

=Count({<[Data Type]={'Interaction Data'},[Interaction Channel Type]={'Face to Face'}>} [ME ID])

The data gets represented as per to the selection of Year (2019): Period (Month): Month:( Mar).

Now I want to calculate growth vs previous month or quarter respective to previous month or qtr I select.

For example:- If I select Month: (Feb) I want to see Feb month value and growth vs Jan.

I tried using Month number  (Month number-1 ) in set analysis but it is not working. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
