Go though fields from table to create a filter

Hi all,

I would like to know how can I go through fields, and get the same value from them.

In this example there are 5 depots, and specific value is HUB.

I would like to create a filter field which will be used for charts, so when I select HUB, I get previous and next depot?

I will attach an excel file for an example of data.
