in chart properties choose 'cummulative'.

do you have two different dimmensions and one measure added to the chart?

It should be one dimension and two different measures. Not  one measure and two different dimensions.

In my suggested approach there is two bar charts one for the blue and one for the red ...

So You could add minus to the second measure, and then set custom format for it: # ##0,00;# ##0,00 so the negative numbers will be showed as positive. Not an elegant solution but it should work with cummulative option.

I assume that by "cummulative", you mean "stacked"?
