How to add text box within an object?

Hi Qlik Community,

I would like to add an information box/text box indicating the spike on top of the graph.

Is it possible to do so in Qlik Sense? Or are we only able to add underneath the graph as a separate object? Is anyone able to help?

For example in below graph, I would like to add the arrow and a text box.
