I have deployed Sales application in qliksense server the URL link(access point link) is qiven below

This is the link for deployed application in QMC instead of 46c99901-90bb-42c8-8257-c4c1d3482c41 i want name of the application for example:
https://xxxyyy/hub/stream/Sales
please kindly help me on this
