My guess (just by looking at the image) is that a font file has failed to be loaded. Which browser are you using? Have you tried to use another browser? If you look at the browser's console log, it will probably have more information about it.
Does the Internet Explorer console log show any warnings or errors when loading the page? (Developer Tools which includes the console log window can for example be opened by pressing F12)
