How to compute PY 3172 CY 68392 and get variance = 12,689% ?

I have Table which display only sales increase customer listing , i need to compute the Variance.

Column 1 amount total =3172

Column 2 amount total =68392

May i know how to make the Column 3 display = 65,220/3172=2056% ?

Now i get 12,689 %
