How to connect to SQL Server?

Hi, I'm new to Qlik Sense Desktop.  I just installed it yesterday and cannot connect to our SQL Server. I'm using integrated security (Windows authentication).  I can connect just fine to this server through SQL Server Management Studio, but not thru Qlik Sense Desktop.

Any ideas?

Update: I'm able to connect using OLE DB.  So, I guess I have a work around.
