How to convert numbers and values to other languages in qliksense?

Please tell me is there any way for converting numbers and values to other languages in qliksense.
Im trying to convert qlik sense language from english to arabic by changing browser language settings. This converts sheet names and chart names but not the numbers and values.
the values will always reflect the input data that you have. Say your numbers are based on US dollars, then you won't have your data in your local currency by default.
Similarly, the dimension labels (e.g., Product, Country, etc) and values will be desplayed are they are in your source files (spreadsheets, web files, database, etc).
We have numbers in english in our source data. But we want the numbers to be displayed in Arabic in Qliksense. Pls let us know how can we change language for values/numbers dynamically(or using expressions) in Qliksense.
